Electroplated Diamonds
Diaswiss offers a range of exceptional high-quality diamond tools for various applications, especially ceramics. Their tools feature an extremely homogeneous and dense diamond coating, resulting in above-average tool life. Diaswiss use specially selected natural diamonds to ensure high cutting power. Although this production process is complex, they feel that it is necessary in order to produce a consistent quality which meets and exceeds your expectations. In addition, we supply diamonds with a spiral diamond design for acrylics, soft reline material and tray materials. They also offer Diatrim, a specially developed instrument for grinding plaster models with little vibration whereby the design of the diamond coating prevents clogging. The wire brush wheel is to be used on stippled partial surfaces.

Packaging
Diaswiss electroplated diamonds are packed individually or in packs of 6 or 10. Spiral diamonds, Diatrim and the wire brush wheel are packed individually.

Recommended Speed

• Electroplated diamonds: 5′- 30,000 rpm
• Spiral electroplated diamonds: 3′ – 15,000 rpm
• Diatrim: 10′ – 20,000 rpm
• Wire brush wheel: 1′ – 3,000 rpm

• Yellow (C): Superfind ISO 504
• Red (F): Fine ISO 514
• Blue: Medium (standard) ISO 524
• Green (G): Coarse ISO 534
• Black (SG): Supercoarse ISO 544
