Zirconia tools
Diaswiss offers a range of innovative tools for working zirconia both for handpiece and for parallel milling using a hydro air carver. Diazircon tools allow easy and comfortable processing of zirconia because for some of them there is no need for water cooling when handled correctly. The generation of heat is kept to a minimum by the porosity of the bond and because of the particular diamond grit. Along with coarse grit instruments for rapid trimming, we offer medium grit instruments (for abrasion und pre-polishing) and fine grit polishers Furthermore, Diaswiss offers special zirconia diamonds for use in the hydro air carver in different angles or handpiece (water cooling required).

Grit
Black (SG): Extra Coarse
Yellow (SF): Superfine ISO 504
Red(F): Fine ISO 514
Blue: Medium(standard) ISO 524
Green (G): Coarse ISO 534
