[ESMA] Auxie-1 Electropolisher

The ESMA E678-1 electropolisher is a single-station unit developed to support polishing up to 10 partials per shift. The E678-1 allows operator control of solution heating and cooling to ensure optimum life of the electrolyte polishing solution. The ESMA E678-1 directs over 50% of the current to the deep palate, eliminating burnt clasps. Non-corroding electrodes combined with ESMA electropolishing electrolyte solutions to produce a high-luster shine that virtually eliminates hand polishing.

Auxie polishers eliminate most manual rubber wheeling.

The “Auxies” when combined with ESMA-BRITE electropolishing solution result in superior shine and maximum labor savings.
