FAQ
– How many hours can the KUAIPRINT ZIRCONIA 3D PRINTER uninterruptedly work?
KUAIPRINT is completely different from a CADCAM: you don’t have to change zirconia blanks. Therefore, the machine can work ALL THE TIME. No need for expensive 10 blocks magazines, just insert the 3d files and print as many as you wish.
– Are there annual fees for software update, like in Cad-Cam systems?
NO, all future updates will be sent automatically.
– How many colors can I 3D-print with ZIPRO?
The colors that KUAIPRINT can currently 3D-print with zirconia slurry are A0 and A2. We are currently developing all other shades, and we expect to have them within the year 2021.
– Are there consumable material besides the Zirconia slurry?
NO; nothing comparable to the expensive milling burs.
– Is maintenance, calibration and after-sales service as difficult as Cad-Cam systems?
NO, because there are FAR less moving parts, moving slowly instead of 60000 rpm; maintenance and technical assistance can be self-diagnosed, remotely operated.
– What are the key parts of KUAIPRINT ZIRCONIA 3D PRINTER and how can I control them?
UV LED projector: this is the critical part to harden each layer and it is likely to get dimmed as hours of use pass by. KUAIPRINT will alert you when the current dim level is too low, allowing the operator to make timely adjustments. Slurry tanks : 2 tanks are included in KUAIPRINT package Printing blade: Must be kept clean with care
– What are the condition for sintering of the 3D-printed materials?
Sintering temperature : 1,600ºC and above Temperature accuracy : ± 3 ºC Temperature control (Segmentation) : Above 5 segments
Item No.: KUAIPRINT
