Adapter Baldor End Plate -Fits Baldor 357T, 359T & 380T -Fits Wells Lathe R052, R053 & R053 -Also fits Baldor 350T & 353T if it has the end plate where the chuck ejector screws directly into the end plate as illustrated in Figure 4 on page 3 of the Tech Bulletin below. If your lathe looks like Figure 5 on page 3 of the below Tech Bulletin this is not the correct adapter kit. Search Q218 or Q212.
